The ECO CLUB of Government Science College actively participated in the event, promoting environmental awareness and sustainability. The club's efforts aimed to inspire students to take action against climate change and protect the ozone layer.

Ozone Day Significance:

World Ozone Day is celebrated to raise awareness about the importance of the ozone layer in protecting life on Earth from harmful UV rays. The Montreal Protocol, signed in 1987, is a global agreement aimed at phasing out ozone-depleting substances. The theme for World Ozone Day 2025 is "From Science to Global Action," emphasizing the role of research and global cooperation in protecting the ozone layer.
